We strive for the best customer care, in case you need to exchange your purchase item you can ask for an exchange in the following cases:

  • Wrong size ordered / delivered

Refund Policy

We provide refunds in the following cases:

  • The subject article is no longer available

*Damage claim will require video footage made during the opening of the parcel.
